Processing Time:
We are a made-to-order clothing company, and all orders are created after we receive an order. All orders are processed within 7 business days
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Carrier:
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Kindly note that processing and shipping time may be impacted at year end due to high volume and extreme weather conditions.
Exceptions
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Europe and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package.
Customs Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, HeatherBlue cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
